Hey guys, my question is would Upstate New York or Pennsylvania be better for investing in rental properties? Specifically what areas are the best for cash flow? I’m very interested to make a move in early to mid 2019 and I do appreciate the feedback in advance.

@Adam Gollatz I appreciate the response. I’m trying to get a few different areas that I can really research through other investors experience. Valid point though. I'm from New York and the market here has taken off. I'm also considering Florida too.

@Robert Young The more landlord friendly laws do make a big difference. My grandfather owns 6 units here in the city and these laws are terrible.  Thanks for bringing that up.

@Basit Siddiqi Thanks for the reply, Basit. I read on your profile that you're invested in Allentown. That was an area that I've seen pop up many times. How much do the rents go for out there approximately? Any other areas around PA that you would recommend?
