Hello everyone. I am a realtor in the Los Angeles area that has recently started to pursue wholesaling, mostly focused on probate sales. I am looking to build my network base of buyers and wondering if anyone has any experiwnce with the investment group Los Angeles Real Estate Investment Club? Is this group worth my time and money in your opinion? Any experiences that you can offer would be appreciated. I am also looking into Renatus. I’ve seen a number of posts on this forum with mixed reviews on them.

Hey John, I'm not aware of the Los Angeles Real Estate Investment Club but have you tried attending the many free BP meetups in the Los Angeles County area? We have a lot of different groups that are great and don't require a membership fee.
