Hello BP I am a new residential redeveloper in southern NJ. I have $30k cash and $60k available in HELOC. I just acquired my first rehab in Haddon Twp, NJ. I’m looking ahead for getting a private or hard money lender lined up for any quick properties I may need to jump on. Advice..? Thanks
