Hey everyone, I’m looking to house hack my first property in the Knoxville, TN area. I’m looking for recommendations on financial institutions to use for a 203k loan. A few that I’ve talked to have refused the thought of it, so I figured I’d try and look for some referrals on here. Thanks!
