Real Estate License NJ
I'm starting a property management company in NJ and I'm in the process of getting my real estate license. Does anyone know of a broker that I can hang my license with?

Okay.
You need a full broker's license to engage in property management for someone else. You can do it for your own property, but not for properties you don't own unless you are a full broker.
You would have to be a licensed agent under direct supervision of a full broker running the property management company.
There's an enormous liability doing property management because of the fair housing fines. You would need to find a broker that is already running a property management company and you would have to license under them.
The exception is if you do in house rentals at a large apartment complex.
