Townhome as rental property
I am thinking about purchasing a townhome in an up in coming neighborhood in Summerville, SC (Nexton Community), but i am not sure if it will be a good rental property down the line. What resources would be good to judge whether it would be a good rental property in the future? I do plan to live in the townhome for at least 2 years.
