CANADA Top Cities to invest
Hello,
I am a young Canadian looking to invest in an income property. I'm more focused on creating passive income than a property that will appreciate in value.
A lot of the articles I'm reading online name Brantford, ON as THE place to invest in 2018.
A) I wanted to ask here first what people thought about Brantford as my first investment.
B) I have $60,000CDN in savings. Do you guys recommend throwing ALL my savings into this? With 20% down I feel like I'm at the minimum for real estate investment in Ontario.
Thanks for any advice you can throw my way.
