Having a hard time finding a GC for my property - Portland area

I'm having a hard time finding a good GC in the Portland area. I been looking at Houzz, local papers ect and it's just dead ends.Does anyone have any recommendations or perhaps point me in the right direction?

I'd greatly appreciate it!
