I currently own my home about a $45-$50,000 home. looking to move and use the current home as a rental. im looking for an agent that invest in homes around my area to get me started. I want to move in a home that is in the wedge of the market. that i can fix and turn into another rental. Hope to here from you soon.!!! Thanks
