New to BP! 24 yr old New, New Yorker - Any advice for starting?
Hello everyone!
I am new to the BP forums, but have been listening and taking notes for a while now. I am interested in real estate (like we all are), but have only had exposure to commercial real estate (currently work at largest bank in Nyc in Global Real Estate Portfolio Management).
I am looking to learn, network, and ultimately grow my real estate knowledge.
I have no exposure to residential/real estate investing and would like to build up my knowledge/network so I can be able to close on a deal next year.
