Hi everyone I’m 19 turning 20 in December. I live in Camillus New York and would be willing to drive to you for coffe/lunch (I’ll pay for the coffe or lunch) if you would be kind enough to help me figure out the best path and possibly work on a deal with me. Help Guide me along the way I’ll find the deal and do all of the leg work, you help provide the capital. I currently have 10k an would like to get that invested by the beginning of next year. I would lIke to buy a 4 plex, get fha financing an live in one of the smaller units for the year. After I do that I want to buy apartment Building or mobile home park with 16 or more units, b/c condition in a b area with deferred maintenance. I haven’t exactly found the area I want to invest so I’m open to all recommendations.
