Can anyone recommend a good realtor experienced with working with investors? I'm looking for condos, SFH's and multifamily homes from St Petersburg to Dunedin and Tampa. Looking to buy property within the next 1-2 months.

I'm a local Realtor. I'm an investor myself, and I specialize in condos and new construction. Our brokerage also manages around 50 properties in the area.
