Refinancing with an LLC
I have a rental unit located in DE currently owned by me personally. Two things i want to do, 1: refinance the property 2: transfer the title to the LLC. My question is what is the best way to do this, refinance first under my name then transfer to the LLC or visa-versa? Also does anyone have any local lenders in New Castle County that they would recommend? Thanks in advance!
