Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, My name is Sebastien (Seb) and I'm a newbie in REI. After reading a few books and listening to podcasts I decided to joined BP. I set up alerts on new listing and slowly start analyzing deals. I observe multiple areas in New Hampshire: Manchester, Exeter, Hampton, Dover, Stratham and Newmarket. Being a total debutant I would love to hear from you about your experience and the kind of numbers that worked for you in these markets. Finally, please feel free to reach out if you are interested in networking!

Thanks a lot, Seb
