Greetings,

I have not seen many people here from the Clarksville area, so I have decided to share a little information about whats due to happen here in the upcoming months. Clarksville is on the Mid Northern border of Kentucky and Tenn. We are bordered to Ft Campbell Army Base. If you have been keeping up with our Government and National Security you will know that more then 26,000 soldiers are due to return from Afghanistan within the next couple of months. What that means for the area is that there will be a large volume of rental, purchase and sell activity. With my experience with the military and contacts over in the war zone we expect a lot of activity due to the large number of vacancies and the overwhelming shortage of government provide housing. Large majorities of these guys were renting before they left and will have to do so again; ofcourse the government pays them BAH to do so. Don't sleep on this area, I see a lot of investment activity in Memphis, but you will find awesome deals here in Clarksville, buy and hold, rehabs, commercial, SFR, Multi-Family. You have to go where the activity is at. Also,we have a new industrial energy company (Dow Corning) opening up here said to hire 1000's of people. Don't miss out, hope to work with some of you guys here in the near future.
