Hope everyone has a good day.  About to enter a direct contract without agents from both buy/sell side. Looking for recommendations on the below:

1. RE Attorney in the area

2. Title Company

3. Some good developers

4. Some good handy men

Also, since is it our first time entering a contract without agents, any advice/suggestions?
