Real estate agents biggest roadblocks

I am looking to start a business to provide a service to real estate agents. As a real estate agent what are problem areas that if improved would result in more closings? As a sellers agent would you pay for a service that would guarantee more home visits for homes you are listing? What if the service also offered feedback on how the home showed to potential buyers to present to the sellers?
