market question for rentals

I am searching for rentals in other markets other than my own. Do you live in a market that you can acquire/find a property under 65,000 and get rents for around 1000? If so, I would love to hear where you live so I can explore the area. thanks!

@Ian Tvardovskaya is right Columbus is a great area for your strategy.  I live in Denver and I invest in Dayton, OH for the same kind of cashflow requirements.
