I am wondering if anyone knows how much the property taxes will go up on my single-family investment properties when Shelby County and Jefferson County realize the properties are not owner-occupied? Does anyone know what kind of a tax increase I can expect, or is there a resource where I can find this information? My investment properties are in Gardendale and Adamsville.
