New investor looking for mentorship & partnership.

Hello everyone, I am completely new to the game amd want to see if there any experienced investors in the Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida area that may be willing to invest their time and knowledge for a year or two in return for 50% on whatever we make together for the first year and 25% for the year after. I want to basically pay for an internship to really get a handle on different techniques. my main goal is to earn as much capital as by wholesaling so I have enough capital for a large down on my first project. If any one is interested feel free to let me know. If anyone has any info or knowledge they are willing to share as well that is also welcome. I look forward to hearing what everyone has to say.
