Is there any Grand Rapids MI multi family investors out there

I'm looking at Mls everyday for deals. I'm working with a great local realtor. I'm putting offers in on deals that the numbers work. I need to get more creative. Is there anybody working the wholesale market in the greater Grand Rapids area? I really want to stick to 4 and 3 unit deals. What is everyone doing to break through in this competitive market?
