Looking to Build a Team in Savannah

I'm looking to put together a team in Savannah.  I'm currently live out the area but I am looking to build a portfolio down in the Low Country over the next few years and then leave my current job and focus on Real Estate Investing full time.  My wife and I are coming down to the area in May and I'm trying to get set up with some people ahead of time and hopefully meet up with some people that are investing in the area.
