Hey everyone, 

I'm a new real estate investor. I currently live in Bremerton WA but I will soon be moving to the north suburbs of Seattle. I have been listening to a great deal of BP podcasts as well as learning a lot from the forums. Any advice as well as good investor meetups in the area is greatly appreciated! I look forward to meeting and talking with all of you!
