Going to meet my contractor for final walkthrough and punch list on a SFR property. Anyone is welcome to stop by to do a tour and walk through and listen in on the final repair discussion and see the final product before we rent out. This was a REO rehab that we have converted into a rental. This is located in Edgewood, MD (harford county). If interested, send me a PM and I will share address and cell phone.
