Recommend investor friendly Home Inspector. and Structural contra

Does anyone have a recommendation for an investor friendly home inspector in Los Angeles county?

I'm thinking someone smaller than the main ones.  I often go with Elite, but they usually send a different person each time and their rates seem to be going up especially with multi family.

I'm looking at a three unit- triplex now in greater Long Beach 

On another note does anyone have a recommendation for a solid structural repair contractor?
