I'm looking to purchase in a property in North Port, FL. I'm usually down there for a couple of months a year and so it would be really nice to have a place to stay. I'm looking in the $100,000 price range, 2 bed 2 bath. The closer to the Tampa Bay Rays spring training complex the better.
