Hello all, I have a quick question for anyone who has invested in real estate in southern Delaware and/or the eastern shore of Maryland. Have you noticed any areas/towns that are better for rentals than others? Same question for flips. I'm going to be diving into real estate within the next year and want to know where I should look to buy so that I have the greatest chance at success! Thanks in advance for your insight!
