I thought id post a little info about my local area and what im hoping to find or establish in my market. I live in salisbury, md. Its a city that has student housing, sfh, multis, apartments, and plenty of opportunity. Within a ten min drive there is Fruitland ,Delmar md, and Delmar De. Within 40 minutes there is ocean city, assateague, and harrington De. I am also aware of a long term revitalization along the wicomico river that I have a good feeling will boost property values in currently low priced areas. The appreciation could sky rocket in the next ten years. At least that's what im hoping. I feel like there is a lot of untapped potential in the zip codes 21801 21804 21875,  maybe 21861, and other close by areas. I'd be interested in getting in touch with anyone else who also sees the cashflow potential. Hopefully in the near future we will setup a local meet up.
