I am currently in the process of finding a realtor, property manager or landlord who is willing to let me Airbnb. I own an Airbnb cleaning and management company and I know all of the ins and outs. I know what works and what doesn't, and how to be a successful host. I have a lot of experience in this area and would love to be able to take that experience and profit from it with the Airbnb business. I am also in the process of looking to buy a multi-family house, but not in the Somerville/Cambridge/Boston area and this is the area where Airbnb is the most profitable.
