A landscaper / yard person in Stockton CA area

I'm looking for any recommendations for a good reliable landscaper Or yard person in the Stockton area.  in the last 2 years I have been through multiple yard people  that's been unreliable and just stop showing up to do the work. I don't think it's been because I'm too cheap. I've been paying average prices to clean the yards. most of the people that I have found have been on craigslist. so do anybody know of a good person car company that can clean the yard  bi-weekly or monthly?
