Investor looking for an agent in Sacramento for buy+hold

Hi–

I'm an investor from the Oakland area looking at buy/holds in Sacramento. There's a property I'm currently interested in. I'd like to plan a trip up to Sacramento to look at this property and other potential SFRs and duplexes. I'm looking for an agent who has experience with buy and hold investing and can show me a few potential properties in the coming weekends.
