Looking for help in Portland Maine!

Hi!  I am just getting started in investing in Portland Maine.  I am investing from a distance (out of country) and only spend 3ish months/year in Maine, so I am interested in getting some good recommendations for property managers, as well as general contractors/handymen.  Can any local Portland people help out?   

Also looking for any good tips or contacts that may help out...  Thanks!

Hey Dale,

I used to work with a local management company and they do decent work.  They are certainly the cheapest and the tenants always seem to be pretty pleased with them. They also do rehab work so typically can help out with contractors. Shoot me a message if you're interested and I'll get you their number.
