Need a Real Estate Attorney Like Yesterday

I have got this Contract to purchase Property in LA County, California from a company that Acquires Acquisitions "A wholesaler" I need the contract looked over for anything that may not look right or be a issue...    It's a double closing, I just want be sure theirs no gotcha clauses......

I have looked at the property with my GC and talked with my RE now the contract just needs a going over on my 1st deal that I think is a deal

urgently needed...
