Hi,

I am looking into foreclosed/distressed properties in Central and North Tacoma, WA. Before I start investing, I wanted to hear about other investors' perspectives and how they view the area over the long-term.

I am buying in south tacoma. Tacoma is only spot in greater Seattle where u can make 1% rule work. Crime rates are high but trends are improving. Good demand for cheaper rentala(~1000$ pm)
