Richmond Va, Laburnum Heights Newbie needing help
My partners and I are brand new to investing and really nervous! We live in Williamsburg Va about 40 miles from a potential property in Laburnum Heights (Henrico / Richmond area). We have looked at GIS tax maps and school ratings. We have only been through the area once or twice just passing through. The area seems clean but definitely lower income. Very nervous about Flipping and holding in this area. Advice from a local investor would mean the world to us!

Ginter Park is seeing a lot of revitalization. Lots of flips going on in the area. Not sure I like it as a long term hold in that area because current prices are over inflated. If you can get in and out quick that would be my strategy. Be careful though. This neighborhood is street to street so make sure of your ARV. Hope that helps.
