Looking to invest in FL: Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres areas

I've been a homeowner in Cape Coral, FL for the last 4 years. 

For the last 4 months or so, I've been avidly following and going thru most the BP Guides available and Webinars... til finally decided to post.

I am new to real estate but I am very driven and eager to get finally started into the investment world, proactively networking and being seriously involved and committed with the local REI community.

I have funds available from properties that were sold overseas and looking to make cash purchases in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres areas. I’m planning on buying cash at least 2 properties (rentals/flips) by the end of the year and go from there.

I need to connect with others in this wonderful Bigger Pockets community to start successfully executing ASAP into this exciting new journey.
