I'm looking for deals in my area. Wife and I are ready to flip our first house. Just received my pre-approval letter from a hard money lender. Looking to purchase a single-family home to fix and flip. I would like to purchase for ~100K with ~50K rehab. Area of 20 mile radius from Katy High School (6331 Highway Blvd Katy, TX 77494) keeps it close to my home, and preferred, but we can go further. Our primary goal is to accomplish a flip, we're not trying to set any investment records - just want to get from point A to point B, then evaluate the process.
