Finding and financing rehab property.

My husband and I just starting in RE investment market in Rockland County, NY

We would like to find rehab property ( apartment or single home) and hire team to do the job i/o our self ,as we have done in the past, in proximity of an hour driving any direction from home .We can put down payment ...but what would be the best way to finance the project fast ?

We are full time working, but have a lot of experience in doing construction our self…
