Hey I know there are quite a few investors in Memphis, TN and the surrounding areas. Has anyone looked much into investing in Millington and/or Arlington (suburbs north of Memphis)? I find these cities of particular interest and just wanted to know what others thought of them. Obviously they are small (10-15k population), but do you see them as areas of growth or good potential areas to invest in for cash flow?
