Chicago Investor Escaping the Winter and Going to Ft Myers, FLORIDA!

Hi Ft Myers BP members!

I am an experienced real estate investor based in Chicago and I am a private lender too. I buy houses in Chicago and Ft Myers as well (with the help of my business partner who lives in Pine Island, Cape Coral).

Well...I just had it with the cold and so, we're escaping the polar vortex and go to the warm beaches of South Florida!

I like to meet BP members while I am there on Feb. 20 and 21 (Friday and Saturday). It does not matter what your real estate experience level is, I'd like to meet you and chat about our favorite topic: REAL ESTATE INVESTING.

You can pick my brain for the price of coffee or lunch or dinner. And we can go look at properties too (I want to buy more properties in Ft Myers). In exchange, I get to charge my trip as a business expense  :-)
