Property Management Recommendation

Hey all! I am looking to put my condo (Pensacola, FL) up for rent in April and having a hard time deciding on the right property management team. I don't know many people that utilize property management, so Bigger Pockets referrals seemed like the most logical way to go. I was inbetween Realty Masters or Tom Barron's Property Management. Does anyone have any experience with either company, if so, please highlight the positives/negatives and which you would recommend. Thank you in advance.
