Questions for Investors/Wholesalers in Dallas Area?

Im in Atlanta and have been given opportunity to relocate to Dallas in about a month. I was wondering what the market is like there for Real Estate Investing, specifically Wholesaling and buying tax liens. I have been working at Wholesaling properties i got from tax sales here in Atlanta, but wanted to see how others have faired in the Dallas market with Wholesaling in general. Also, it seemed that the tax lien laws are more favorable to the investor in Texas(25% return, only 6 months redemption period), than most of the country. I would bet the big boy tax lien firms are crushing the little guys with this type of return!

Any one have any thoughts to share? Looking forward to learning a new real estate market and an exciting new major city!
