Looking for GC in Cincinnati, Ohio (Flipper)

I am a current single family home flipper on the east side of Cincinnati. Since I am currently part-time I would like to work with a GC to help increase capacity. 

Can keep the GC busy with roughly 4-6 deals per year with no ceiling. 

Need GC with track record of quality work, excellent communication skills and highly ethical. 

Working toward rentals once the train gets rolling.
