Real Estate License, Brokerage recommendations, Baltimore Metropolitan area

Hello All,

I should be looking to hang my license with a brokerage in the next couple weeks.  I was interested to hear if anyone has a good recommendation for a local Brokerage who caters to Investors/Flippers/Holders in the Baltimore Area.  Baltimore County or Carroll County would be a very convenient location.  Thank you for any advice you may have.

Denise Urhin is a broker who is a very active investor. Also Douglas Realty is popular with investor agents. Many BP members have chosen Douglas.

If you want to sell properties, many of the larger brokerages will have better training on selling, but if you are an agent primarily for investing reasons, then a smaller hands off broker may be better.
