Lawyer Recommends for Northern Virginia D.C. area

Does anyone know a good hungry young real estate or construction attorney in the Northern Virginia area?  I'm going after a contractor.  It's a pretty cut and dry case.  The two attorneys I normally work with charge $400 an hour.  I don't really want to pay that much on this case.  I'd like to first file and see if the contractor even attempts to defend.

Any recommendations would be very welcome.
