Contractor, Sub-contractor, and Handyman In Louisville, KY
Hello,
I will be closing on a SF rental property in Louisville around the beginning of January and I know the property needs some electrical, plumbing, and foundation work. I have an inspection report and 1 estimate already from a local GC. However, I was looking to obtain several more bids from sub-contractors or other GC's in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations (electricians, plumbers, GC's, roofers, and handymen)? Looking for people who work with investors on a regular basis.
Thank you!

Hey Maya, I don't use GC's. I use subcontractors. I run a crew of 5 people. I purchase all materials from Lowes or HD and have them delivered.
I use a KRIEA plumber, insurance broker, cpa, closing attorney, and hard money lender. They all advertise. There is a good roofer and Nov had a GC advertising.
Honestly, I prefer to hire hourly and run my own crews. Just call me for references. They take too long to type.
