Major PM Firms - NMHC

Anyone out there have experience with Greystar or similar sized PM firms?  I am looking at an investment grade project(155ish units, full community) and will need immediate onsite management.  This will require a national firm most likely as I cannot find anything local with the right capabilities....unless anyone here has a good suggestion!

I am not looking to hire my own team(management, leasing, marketing, etc) but could potentially consider it if another similarly sized project popped up.

I appreciate all advice but please understand this is not an HOA,COA, or MF type of investment.

Thanks as always!
