I'm looking for a realtor in Cincinnati.  I'm looking mainly on the east side of Cincinnati (Oakley, Hyde Park, Pleasant Ridge, Norwood, etc.) but not limited to those.  I'm looking to do 2-4 flips over the next 12 months and to purchase 1-2 properties to hold as rental properties.  

I live downtown and mainly need to go see places in the evenings and on weekends.

I want to work on REO and foreclosed properties. I have a finance/consulting background.

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions!
