Networking in the Bay Area (Oakland, CA)

Hello Better Pockets members,

I am fairly new to the Bigger Pockets community. My name is Nick and I am a long-time resident of the East Bay area (currently near Lake Merritt in Oakland). The Bigger Pockets articles and forums have been very helpful thus far, however, given the unique nature of this real estate market I am looking to network with local RE investors like myself.
