I'm curious if anyone in Des Moines or the state of Iowa on BP is a member of IaREIA - http://www.iareia.org/Default.aspx.  Looks like a good networking group with monthly seminars that provide useful knowledge to those in the real estate industry. I'm considering becoming a member (paying the fee) based on a few upcoming seminars that have drawn my interest (Keys to Locking-Out Lawsuits & Lowering Taxes - Structuring Legal Entities, Tax Ramifications for Landlords and RE Entrepreneurs, and protecting your assets) and wondered if any of you BP users had feedback.
